I know I am late on this and has been meaning to post this a month ago but but check out this video with P. Rod showing off his new kicks, friends, new team members, and that dude in the Lakers.
Skateboarding keeps moving up a step on the marketing ladder and the costs associated with making a buzz about the products involved. This time around Nike SB follows the celebrity route in this commercial which shows Paul Rodriguez skating through town to Ice Cube’s tune “Today Was a Good Day” and P Rod does put down several bangers in this one. Of course Ice Cube turning up at the end will put skateboarding even more into the limelight and most likely help to convince quite a few consumers to invest in P Rod’s third Nike shoe release.
