Are the Kobe 4's better than the kobe 5's? and how does a low cut shoe feel? cuz i am worried that my ankles might snap or somethin with these shoes. Oh, and are these shoes good for a forward position?

My suggestion for the cramps
In the foot is go to footaction and ask them
For some new insoles or pads for inside the
shoe I tried them on with it and it felt amazing

what colorway did you get? The only scratch I got so far is from people stepping on my foot. Contact Nike and they will replace it. Haven't had any durability issues on my end so far.

i bought these shoes about 15 days ago, played about 4-5 games and the zoom unit in the heel burst already. all the shiny parts are getting worn and scratched, you can see glue on every corner.
i am upset i wasted my money, should have listened.
however they are light weight, they do help you get up and down the court quicker. and you feel lighter on your feet. it feels weird walking in them. they look sexy though. so overall good preformance , looks....... bad durability which means you only get to enjoy it about a month

It doesn't matter if you wear a high top or a low top shoe, you could still sprain your ankles if you step on someones foot. Come on man!

I think you should use ankle braces if you're playing serious, therefore it will support ur ankle since the zoom kobe V is a low top show and ur feet may tend not to swell up as bad

I wouldn't stop wearing them. Unless they give you cramps and it gets really uncomfortable.

Some suggestions:
Get a proper warm up before you play. Stretch
Maybe wear a more cushioned sock.
Change the insole that has more arch support
Make sure the shoe fits properly and comfortably.

Hopefully that helps.

Haven't experienced any cramps. Cramps are usually caused by muscle fatigue. Usually from the shoe being too tight leading to a decreased in circulation. Another reasoning is that you might need a more cushioned shoe. You're muscles work more when it has to work to counteract the impact from the ground.

I got the kobe V's when they came out and have played in them about 5 times. They feel great and they allow me to move alot better than my old shoes. But there is 1 problem I am having with them, its after I play a pickup game the bottom of my feet start to cramp up and its annoying. Anybody have the same problem?

A buddy of mine who had the kobe IV's said he had the same problem with those. Whats up with that?

I've had the shoe for over a month now and the shoes still look brand new except for the creasing from the phylon midsole. This is from playing 2 -3 times a week now.
