January 10, 2009 marked the 9th annual No Pants Day. The prank is pulled off by Improveverywhere. This prank has now gone global to 16 countries. Commuters braved the cold as they dropped their pants while they rode the subway systems. Passengers were definitely surprised by this, some offended but more just giggled it off.
