Nike held the World Basketball Festival opening ceremony at the Radio City Music Hall earlier tonight. The original idea was to have it in the middle of Time Square, good thing since the weather wasn’t that great. To cap off the night Jay-Z came out for a "surprise" appearance and performed some of his greatest hits. Jay-Z saved the night since the scrimmage game was uneventful but a great site to see a basketball court inside on the Radio City stage. View Jay’s performance after the jump.
